Natalie Quinn Arabie and Jeffrey Chad Abshire were happily joined together in marriage at 5 p.m. the evening of May 5, 2012, at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Abshire in Abbeville. Pastor Josh Barker, of OSC, presided over the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and late Mrs. Richard D. Arabie, of Abbeville. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Arabie, of Abbeville, and the late Mr. L.C. Harris, of Union City, Tennessee and the late Ms. Juanita Coker, of Abbeville.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph T. Abshire, of Abbeville. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Donald W. Abshire, of Kaplan, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jose Sepulveda, of Bourbon Cedu, Phililppines.

The bride, escorted by her father, wore a white, fitted-to -flow-out gown by Galina with a hint of sequins and sweetheart cut neckline. Her accessories were diamond earrings with a matching bracelet. Her bouquet of white flowers was wrapped in beige ribbon with pearls, and also hung a small diamond charm with her mothers picture to complete her ensemble.

Chelsie S. Bourque, friend of the bride, served as the bride’s maid of honor. Serving as bridesmaids were her niece, Casey M. Arabie, her friend Skyla L. Whitworth, and the groom’s sister, Shaira Abshire. Her daughter, Paige R. Hernandez, served as her flower girl.

The bride had chosen a floor- length, plum-colored gown for her maid of honor and plum short-length dresses with a black sash tied to the side for the bridesmaids.

Each girl was given a different piece of jewelry to complete their look. Maid of honor wore a rhinestone necklace, first bridesmaid wore rhinestone, chandelier earrings. The second bridesmaid wore a rhinestone bracelet. The third bridesmaid wore a rhinestone headband, and her flower girl wore pearls. Their bouquets of flowers were plum tulips with pink and lavender zinnia moedas wrapped in white ribbon and completed with jeweled butterfly pins.

Trent Moss and Terrent Broussard, friends of the groom, both served as the best men. Jason Abshire, brother of the groom, and Kyle Touchet, nephew of the goom served as groomsmen..

Music was provided by Zack Hebert, of Abbeville

Upon returning from their honeymoon to Destin Florida, the couple will reside in Abbeville.
