In the late afternoon wedding, in the chapel at Acadian Village last Saturday, May 12, 2012, Elizabeth Erin Armond, daughter of Billy and Eileen Armond, of Erath, became the bride of Justin Joseph Aymond, son of Greg and Anna Templeton and Gary and Britney Aymond, all of Angola. Eric Toups officiated the ceremony.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory, A-line gown of satin, which featured a ruching, fitted bodice with a sweetheart neckline, delicate beaded lace appliqués adorning the bodice and skirt, and a chapel length train. To complete her look, she wore a two-tier finger rip raw edge tulle veil, and carried a hand-held nosegay bouquet of elegant ivory and light pink roses, mixed with light pink lithianthus and porcelina roses. Her great-grandmother’s rosary was entwined in it.

Brittney Waggoner, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. Kate Armond, sister-in-law of the bride, Nicole Frederick, cousin of the bride, Danielle Montagne, cousin of the bride, and Randa Lopez, friend of the bride, served as bridesmaids for the ceremony.

The bridal attendants wore satin, cocktail length dresses of assorted styles, all in moonlight waltz. To complete their look, they carried a nosegay bouquet of hot pink, purple cezanne roses with dark pink lithiantus an wax flowers, hand-wrapped.

Kckayla Leon, cousin of the bride, served as flower girl, and Zane Aymond, brother of the groom, served as ring bearer.

Kristin Talbot, friend of the groom, served as best man. Bill Armond, brother of the bride, Cody Armond, brother of the bride, Brandon Dooley, friend of the groom, and Tyler Robertson, friend of he groom, served as groomsmen.

Serving as ushers were Jonathan Frederick, cousin of the bride, and Jerry Aymond, uncle of the groom.

For her daughter’s wedding, the mother of the bride wore a champagne colored gown with a sleeveless, scoop neck bodice, long-sleeved jacket and bodice featuring metallic foil which provided intricate detail and texture. The jacket featured a jewel closure at the neck.

The mother of the groom wore a classic jacket with split cuffs, and a shawl collar with an elabloarte rhinestone closure. The dress featured fabric flowers, organza ruffles, and jeweled tank on full tank and multi-tiered floused skirt hem.

The bride is the granddaughter of Gladys Frederick and the late William Billy Frederick, and Mrs. Audrey Dinger and the late Edward Armond.

The groom is the grandson of the late Charles and Lena McCawley and Ethel and the late Doris Aymond.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Acadian Village.
