Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Broussard of Maurice are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katrina Michele to Brandon Eli Epperly, son of Mr. and Mrs. Smiley Epperly of Lafayette. Their nuptials will be celebrated on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010, at 1 p.m. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Maurice.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hayes Broussard of Maurice and Mr. and Mrs. John Trahan of Kaplan. She is the great-granddaughter of Mrs. Elore Dronet of Kaplan.

Katrina is a graduate of North Vermilion High School, a 2008 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor of arts degree in communicative disorders, and a 2010 graduate of UL Lafayette with a master of science degree in communicative disorders. She is employed at Lafayette General Medical Center as a speech-language pathologist.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Epperly of Welsh and Mrs. Rose Guillory and the late Mr. Eli Guillory of Welsh.

Brandon is a graduate of Ovey Comeaux High School and a 2007 graduate of UL Lafayette. He is employed as a sales representative for Epperly Allstate Insurance Agency.

After the wedding, the couple will reside in Youngsville.
