NAPOLEONVILLE – Services for Risley “Pappy” Triche, a legislative floor leader for Gov. Edwin Edwards, will be Thursday. He died June 26 at age 84.
Triche was appointed to the House of Representatives by Earl K. Long in 1955, serving there until 1976. He left the House to run unsuccessfully for attorney general. He was a former mayor of Napoleonville.
Survivors include a son, who is president of the Assumption Parish Police Jury, and a daughter who is a federal judge in New Orleans.

Hospital administrator
LUTCHER – Services for long-time hospital administrator Roy Mohon, Sr. will be Friday. He died June 25 at age 84,
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and administrator of St. James Parish Hospital. He was a 20-year scoutmaster and a lifetime volunteer fireman.
Survivors include his wife Anne, four sons and two daughters.
Arrangements are by Rose Lynn.
Motorcycle shop owner
STONEWALL – Services for retired GM health and safety representative and motorcycle shop owner Michael Lockwood will be Thursday. He died June 22 at age 57.
He was with GM in Shreveport for more than 20 years and owned a widely known bike shop called Choppa’s.
Survivors include his wife Kelley and several children.
Arrangements are by Rose-Neath.
Pilot, professor
HAMMOND – Services for professor, author and retired airline pilot Ron Pedro will be Thursday. He died June 25 at age 70.
He was a retired international pilot for Delta Airlines and was a professor in criminal justice at several universities, most recently at Southern New Orleans. He held several master’s degrees.
Survivors include his wife Suzanne and several children.
