Shaun Mueller, 34, is charged with pornography involving juveniles and indecent behaviror with juveniles.
The warrant was the result of an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation initiated earlier this year.
An examination of a laptop computer at Mueller’s residence allegedly revealed the presence of images of sexually exploited children.
In an interview with state police detectives, Mueller allegedly admitted to downloading child pornography and to committing lewd and lascivious acts on his 9-year-old daughter.
Mueller was booked into the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office Jail. His bond was set at $35,000.
