Eating cake was just part of the fun that Grace Lantier enjoyed Friday, July 27 when she attended the end of the summer reading program held at the Gueydan Library. Grace is the daughter of Telly Lantier.
On Friday, July 27, the Gueydan Library under the direction of Librarian Angela Touchet hosted the ending party for their summer reading program.
Children and their parents enjoyed games and refreshments throughout the afternoon. Each child was treated to a special price just for attending the party.
Touchet reminded everyone that although the Summer Reading Program slate of events are over, there will be other events throughout the year they are invited to attend and enjoy.
