Vermilion Parish teacher wins flip cam at state tech conference. DeEtte Bigot, a fifth-grade teacher from Dozier Elementary, attended the LACUE (State Technology Conference) in December in Baton Rouge. As a participant in a group session for Dell, she won a flip camera. A flip camera is a hand held video camera which can be a useful technology tool in the classroom.
