The above is a chronocological order of what happened in Abbeville 17 days ago dealing with the discharge of a firearm by an Abbeville policeman. (1) Speeding car on Frank’s Alley is spotted by police officers who are at Allen Richardson’s home on Massena Street.  (2-3) Speeding car turns right on next street and then right on Godchaux Street. (4) Speeding car turns on Massena Street and swerves into an empty lot to avoid hitting a parked police car and the people around it. (5) The police officer standing near his patrol car fires and hits the speeding car five times. (6) The speeding car cuts through a yard and stops on Frank’s Alley. The driver and passenger flee and have yet to be found.
