AGL Resources is saying that the Chicot Aquifer is a healthy aquifer, but facts are saying otherwise. There are 4,000 people living in the area where these salt domes will be expanded. Several residents at a meeting asked about liability insurance for lake residents in the case of an accident, and also inquired about the risk for accident. “We’re not going to have an accident,” Pivotal Energy President Dana Grams said.
