Bobbie Tinker of Abbeville lost her life Sunday night in a two vehicle accident.

Tinker, one of Bob LeBlanc's daughters, was a passenger in a crash at the intersection of Verot School Road and Savoy Road in Youngsville.

Tinker, 65, was a passenger in a car headed south on Verot, when State Police say the driver of a pickup truck disregarded a stop sign and crashed into the car.

The impact caused the car to rollover and Tinker, who was wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of her car, a 68 year old man, was transported to Lafayette General Medical Center with moderate injuries. Meantime charges are pending against the driver of the pickup truck, 47 year old Dallas Fabre of Youngsville who was not injured in the crash.
