The Abbeville Wildcats won the Vermilion Parish boys' title.
Both teams won the Vermilion Parish Tournament on the floor of the B.J. Bordelon Gym in Kaplan. The Lady Pirates topped the Abbeville Lady Wildcats 41-38 to capture the girls’ title. The Wildcats defeated the Kaplan Pirates 83-37 to win the boys’ title.
