Rechelle Bessard led all scorers with 25 points. Wayna Briggs hit for 11, followed by Dyantae Perkins with five. Jasmine Dozier and Jakevia Moore each put up four, with Ashantae Thibodeaux chipping in three.
Megan Norris led Erath with 15 points. Alexis Harrington also finished in double figures with 11. Hailey Landry scored seven and Lauren Heenan added three.
The Lady Wildcats (12-5, 2-0) will play host Friday to Notre Dame. Erath (8-11, 0-2) will also be at home. They will take on the Kaplan Lady Pirates.

LEROY — The North Vermilion Patriots earned a 64-55 win Tuesday over Sam Houston.
Ben James led the Pats with 19 points, followed by Brandon Campbell with 12. Jared Gonzales scored nine, while Torrian Lollis and Jeremy James each scored eight.
The Pats will play host to Rayne Friday in the District 5-3A opener for both teams.

NEW IBERIA — The Erath Bobcats jumped out to a 15-7 lead after the first quarter and never looked back in a 59-55 win Tuesday at Catholic High of New Iberia.
Mikey Seymour paced the Bobcats with a game-high 24 points. Josh Pillette and Ernest Darby produced 13 points apiece. Jordan Lange added seven.
Erath (11-6) will open district at home Friday against Kaplan.
