After receiving information, agents went out in an attempt to further investigate the complaint.
Upon coming across the described vehicle and person, agents attempted to stop the vehicle.
At this time the driver of the vehicle accelerated to a high speed. Agents followed the vehicle as the driver drove recklessly through the streets, running stop signs and breaking speed laws.
The vehicle came to what officers thought was going to be a stop as the driver drove into the yard of an unknown person’s home and jumped out of the vehicle leaving it in drive.
The vehicle struck the home, caused slight damage and officers at this time were able to catch and subdue the driver.
Upon securing him, the driver began to fight with the agents until agents were able to gain control of him.
