According to Sheriff Victor Jones, Jr., Alicia Rambin, 26, of the Oak Grove Community was booked into the parish jail.
The baby’s grandmother found the infant unresponsive and along on a couch at the family home on March 2, Jones said.
Investigation has been on-going since. There has been no official notification regarding cause of death.
