Independent Sistas Social and Tru Promotions will be hosting a FREE community event- the third annual “Fun in Da Sun” July 2, 2011 in McKinley Scott Park.

Please be advised that this community event is free to everyone of all races and is starting at 1:00 p.m.

Fun Jumps for ages 4-7 and water slides for ages 8-11 will be provided. Please wear swimwear garments and bring your own beach towel and sunscreen. Parents must accompany their children; we will not be held responsible for any unsafety neglects, so I’m asking that parents watch their children. Volleyball will also be played for those between the ages of 12 and 16.

Free BBQ will be provided for everyone. This is a family event, so bring your lawn chairs, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

We are calling all social clubs and any non-profit organizations to participate in this event. If you are interested, please contact Mz. KoKoa at 316-3658.
