ABBEVILLE — A private graveside service will be held at a later date honoring the life of Pervis Roy Gaspard, 56, who died Sunday, January 29, 2012.
He is survived by his son, Dustin Gaspard of Abbeville; step-son, Dennison Babin and his wife Jan of Erath; three brothers, Jessie Gaspard and his wife Olita of Abbeville, Daniel D. Gaspard, Sr. and his wife Cheryl of Maurice, and Lynn Gaspard and his wife of Karen of Henry; one sister, Mary Labit and her husband Eugene, Sr. of Henry; and three step-grandchildren, Andre' Babin, Sunni Lombas and Jazlyn Babin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifton Gaspard and the former Elda Trahan; and step-son, Damon Babin.
