WHITE CASTLE – Services will be Friday for Assumption Parish Coroner Dr. Celeste Chaudoir. She died May 20 at age 86.
She practiced medicine for more than 60 years.
Survivors include a sister.

'Godfather of N.O. Gospel Music'
NEW ORLEANS – Services for noted gospel singer Harold Lewis, Sr. will be Friday. He died May 21 at age 85.
He was a member of the Cavalcade of Gospel Stars and referred to as the New Orleans Godfather of Gospel Music.
Survivors include a son.
