Spending a few minutes in a magical place, Reagen Suire and Kennedy Vincent recently attended the Summer Reading Program at the Gueydan Library. This year’s theme is Dream Big-Read.
Sean Driscoll preformed his “The Wand of Dreams” act to a crowd of kids and parents to signal the start of the program, featuring a slate chockful of FREE arts and entertainment events at all six branches of the library, designed to delight the whole family.
The primary focus remains on reading for the summer, but will take the children to a reading and delightful magical time with this year’s Children’s Program titled “Dream Big- Read”.
Each program features weekly prizes and incentives, with grand prizes awarded at the programs’ end, July 31.
