Joseph Warren Bergeron, 82, of Eunice, La., died Monday, July 28, 2008, at his residence.

Survivors include a daughter, Lucille "LuLu"  Langley & husband Richard of Eunice; three sons, Ronald Bergeron of Hermitage, Ark., Gerald Bergeron & wife Phyllis of Eunice, and Darryl "DD" Bergeron & wife Kathleen of Mamou, La; eight sisters, Della Lee, Eunice Leger and Bonnie Leftrink, all of Lafayette, La. Joyce Brown and Rose Rozas, both of Eunice, Bernice Hudson of Church Point, La, Mary Ann Broussard of Basile, La., and Anna Orr of Biloxi, Miss.; three brothers, Jack Bergeron of Basile, Pete Bergeron of Lafayette and Melvin Bergeron of Eunice; 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: Parents, Manles & Julia Matt Bergeron; wife, Laura Trahan Bergeron; daughter, Priscilla Fontenot; son, Phillip "Beco" Bergeron; sisters, Yvonne Brown & Dolores Conque; and brother, Nelson Bergeron.

Visitation is from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at Quirk & Son chapel with a rosary at 7 p.m. Reopen will be at 8 a.m. Thursday, July 31.

Funeral service will be at the chapel at 9 a.m. Thursday, with burial to follow at St. John's Cemetery, Lacassine.
