Cheryl McCarty, cultural director, reveals the city of Rayne has made arrangements with the North Pole and Santa Claus to write letters to good boys and girls in Rayne.
“Letters to Santa Claus” must be deposited in Santa’s Mailbox on Tuesday, Dec. 2, after the Rayne Christmas Parade. Santa’s Mailbox will be located at the Rayne Depot Square where Santa will be available for visits and pictures. Each child will receive a letter from Santa prior to Christmas Day.
