Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 8, 2008 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Joseph Kelly Hebert, Sr., 62, who died Thursday, December 4, 2008 at his residence.
He will be laid to rest at Landry Cemetery with Reverend Greg Chauvin officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Joseph Kelly “Sonny” Hebert, Jr., Blain Hebert, Phil Floris, Jr., Kolby Floris, Savannah Floris, David Melancon, Anthony Leblanc and Bart Thibeaux. Honorary pallbearers will be Tyler Vincent, Dylon Hebert and Logan Hebert.
He is survived by two sons, Joseph Kelly “Sonny” Hebert, Jr. of Kaplan and Blain and wife Brandy Hebert of Gueydan; three daughters, Shawntina and husband Phil Floris, Sr. of Erath, Rachelle Hebert of Abbeville, and Merlin Hebert and friend Wayne Vincent of New Iberia; a sister, Barbra Hebert of Creole, LA; fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond and Beverly Campbell Hebert; wife, Evelyn Hebert, and a brother, Richard Hebert.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, December 7, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Monday

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church honoring the life of Freddie Bossley, 71, who died Friday, December 5, 2008 at LTAC Hospital.
She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Fr. Hampton Davis officiating the services.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Bossley, Joe Bossley, Chad Broussard, Michael H. Zeringue, Michael Bares and Richard Guilbeaux.
Freddie spent her life in service to others as a nurse, a nursing home administrator, and then Regional Vice President/Nursing Consultant. Her proudest achievement was that of wife, mother and grandmother. Her commitment to all generations of her family leaves a legacy of love.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-four years, Ronald H. Bossley of Abbeville; two sons, Kenneth Bossley and wife Irma and Joseph Bossley all of Abbeville; three daughters, Sharon B. Guilbeaux and husband Richard of Meaux, Deborah B. Bares and husband Michael of Pineville and Mona B. Zeringue and husband Michael H. of Lafayette; three brothers, Jerry Broussard of St. Amant, Bradley Broussard of Henry and Kim Broussard of Abbeville; a sister, Belle Crinklaw and Howard of Roseburg, OR; fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren all of whom she loved deeply.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Freddie and Pauline Hebert Broussard; and a sister, Jane Furlow.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, December 7, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m., they will reopen Monday, December 8, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m., and reopen on Tuesday, December 9, 2008, from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
The family would like to express their deepest appreciation for her extraordinary care to Dr. G Gary Guidry and his staff, Dr. Mike Mounir, and the 6th and 8th floor nurses of Lafayette General Medical Center.

Abbeville— Funeral services will be held Monday, December 8, 2008 at a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thesea Catholic Church honoring the life of J.C. Breaux, 78, who died Friday, December 5, 2008 at a Lafayette Hospital.
He will be laid to rest at St Paul Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services.
Mr. Breaux retired with the U.S. Civil Defense with 31 years of service. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife Laura Guidry Breaux of Abbeville; a daughter, Tawnya Breaux of Houston; son, Randy Breaux of Kaplan; brother, Bennett Breaux of Perry; a sister, Rena Broussard of Abbeville; one grandchild and one great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Norbert and Cecile Henry Breaux; brother, Joseph “Bee” Breaux; and a sister, Maize Lege.
