HONOREES - Three people were honored at the annual Kaplan Area Chamber Banquet held at the V-Arena last week. Named as Woman of the Year was Dr. Jane Abshire; named as Living Legend was Joseph Benoit and named as Man of the Year was Gerald Lemaire.
