The National Association of Farmer Elected Committees (NAFEC) is shown here. Organized in 1965, the NAFEC’s purpose is <!--break-->to promote and improve the farmer elected committee system for the local administration of farm programs. NAFEC is composed of and led by farmers, nominated and elected by farmers, and serving all farmers in each of their county USDA Farm Service (FSA) offices.
