Roll Call Present - John Polito, Charles Baglio, Dean Morgan, Larry Cardaronella, Joseph Dagro

Absent - Frances Durnin, Darrel Avant

Old Business - Discussion and acceptance of 2007-2008 Audit Report.

New Business - Motion made to pass Resolution to adopt 2009 Millage Rate of 15 mills. Motion made by Larry Cardaronella, seconded by Joseph Dagro to adopt Millage rate of 15 Mills. Roll was called, Resolution was adopted by the following vote:

Yeas - 5 -John Polito, Charles Baglio, Dean Morgan, Joseph Dagro, Larry Cardaronella

Nays - 0

Abstained - 0

Absent - 2- Frances Durnin, Darrel Avant

Discussion of Tentative 2009 Budget

Agreed to build a six foot fence around Velma Park at a cost of $8500.

Agreed to move Little League Park fence to regulation length in order to host Little League State Tournament at a cost of $6,737.

Discussed building a forty by forty foot pavilion with 10 tables and benches. Larry Cardaronella will obtain bids.

Discuss improvements to large baseball field - 25 loads of sand, remove

Trees, add more lights, at a cost of $13,4500.

Install one new scoreboard.

Enlarge parking lot.

Next meeting will be held on Monday, May 4, 2009 to adopt revised and final budget.
