There will be a social hour from 6-7 p.m. prior to the banquet which kicks off at 7 o’clock.
The agenda for the banquet will include the presentation of the ASL Sportsmen Emeritus and the ASL Sportsmen of the Year award.
There will also be a live and silent auction along with door prizes.
Tickets for the event are $5 per person which includes a meal and one door prize ticket. Additional door prize tickets can be purchased for $1 each.
All money raised will go to support the club’s many functions such as Kids Casting Contest, Kids Fishing Contest, Kids Air Rifle Contest, Hunter Education Classes, Hunter Awareness Day and others.
Cash donations can be made to the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Operation Game Thief and La. Wildlife Federation.
