Natalie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Broussard of Maurice. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rayward Vincent of Maurice and Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Broussard of Maurice.
Joshua is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Gray of Lake Charles, LA. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Francis of Tupelo, MS, and the late Mrs. Nell Pharr of Belmont, MS.
Escorted by her father, the bride’s dress was an ivory strapless A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline and zipper over inner corset closure. Ruched Demir Satin bands adorned the bodice. Embellished Alencon Lace enriched the fitted bodice and created the hem of the A-line skirt. Her bouquet was round created with pink roses and white calla lilies with green and white stephanotis. A Rosary from her maternal grandmother was also entwined within the bouquet. In addition, she also carried a hand kerchief from her deceased great-grandfather and a lucky penny from her maternal grandfather.
Serving as the Matron of Honor was Amanda Boudoin, friend of the bride. Included as Bridesmaids were Stacy Broussard, sister-in-law of the bride; Megan Peltier, friend of the bride; Jessica Gray, sister of the groom; Shaylyn Broussard, friend of the bride; and Katie Kidd, cousin of the bride. Brooke Baudoin, cousin of the bride, served as the Junior Bridesmaid for the wedding.
The Bridesmaids’ dresses were created of French almond satin-faced taffeta strapless tea-length dresses with a draped tulip skirt, fawn sweetheart bodice with an ivory band at the high waist. Their bouquets were an assortment of spring flowers including roses and calla lilies.
In the wedding party as the Flower Girl was Mary-Claire Landry, cousin of the bride; the Ring Bearer was Collin Broussard, godchild of the bride.
The Best Man of the wedding party was Bill Gray, the father of the groom. Included as Groomsmen were Travis Broussard, brother of the bride; Brett Holland, Todd Prudhomme, Trey Digiglia and Matt George, all friends of the groom. Ushers for the service were Adam Gray, cousin of the groom; Timothy Baudoin, cousin of the bride; and Kyle Vincent, cousin of the bride.
The bride’s mother wore a platinum color luxe taffeta floor length gown that had a v-neck with a criss-cross bodice and a brooch in front, along with a three quarter-length sleeved jacket. Her corsage included pink sweetheart roses with an ivory ribbon.
The groom’s mother wore a chestnut two piece floor length dress with a soutache ribbon lace trim which added the perfect amount of detail to complete a classic silhouette. A shimmering jacket completed the ensemble. She also wore a corsage of pink sweetheart roses.
Included as special guests of the wedding were Mrs. Emedia Vincent, great-grandmother; Mrs. Velta Trahan, great-grandmother; and Mrs. Zoie Lege, great- grandmother, all of the bride’s family.
Music for the celebration was provided by singer Jodi Bollich; trumpeter Will Green and organist Alberta Lyons.
Readings were given by Wendy St. Julien, cousin of the bride; and Sam Fontenot, friend of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at River Oaks, Lafayette. After a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple plan to live in Lake Charles.
