IOTA – The Iota Volunteers for Family and Community held their annual praline-making project on Monday, February 16 at the LSU AgCenter Building.

These pralines are sold at the Iota/Tee-Mamou Mardi Gras Festival which is held on Mardi Gras Day in downtown Iota. This is the club’s major fundraiser for the year. This has been a ongoing project for 20 plus years of this organization and they are still using the same old-family recipe.

Everyone is invited to come by the VFC booth at the Iota/Tee-Mamou Mardi Gras.

Acadia VFC cookbooks will also be on sale at this time.
