A caller told police that another person was yelling and knocking at their door, wanting to fight over a girl. The victim, who was in the shower at the time, was sprayed with mace. The victim did not wish to file charges.

A woman told police that her live-in boyfriend broke a window and she kicked him out of the house. Officers spoke to the man, who said he was leaving on his own and would not return.

A man told police that his bike was missing when he walked out of an area business. There are no known subjects at this time.

Officers attempted to call a man in reference to harassment calls, but made no contact.

Officers recovered drug paraphernalia. They also arrested a man for resisting an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and not having a headlight on his bicycle.

Police received complaints of barking dogs in the area, but officers found no barking.

Police were called by a worker of an area business because she noticed two men acting suspicious. She told police that she noticed one of the men had things in his pockets that he didn’t when he entered the store. Officers confirmed theft after watching the surveillance video.

A man told police that he had loaned his vehicle to a woman and that she had not returned it yet. He said he did not want to file charges. The vehicle was later involved in a minor hit and run. The woman was cited for hit and run and the vehicle was returned to the man.

Officers gave a man a traffic ticket for backing up into a woman’s trash can and driving off.

Officers were in the process of investigating a hit and run. One of the people involved told police that he noticed money from his bedroom had gone missing. He said he thinks he knows who the two women who took the money are. The man did not want to give officers a statement, so no charges were filed.

Officers found a back door slightly opened. Officers checked the property and found no people there or no proof the they had been there.

A caller was having problems with someone else while she was trying to go to work. Officers told the man to stay clear of her.

Bypass @ HWY 167
Police were told that a motorcycle driver was driving from lane to lane and was driving slowly, then speeding up. Officers were unable to catch the motorcycle before it drove into Erath. Erath police were notified.
