The Abbeville Cultural and Historical Alliance Center Art Museum will be closed for at least the next four months.

For the next few months, doors to the Abbeville Cultural and Historical Alliance Center Art Museum will be closed. The museum, located in downtown Abbeville, is undergoing renovations, work that will add some long-awaited amenities. “They are looking at four to six months for remodeling,” Abbeville Mayor Mark Piazza said.

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) and the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office (APSO) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Rayne man.   He is wanted in connection with simple burglary at a crawfish dock that occurred early Thursday morning, March 26, on Hwy. 35 south of Rayne.

Jazzing Up Cafeteria Food
